 The race for King County Executive is very close, and Dow Constantine needs your vote and support today!I am supporting Dow Constantine for King County Executive because he is the only candidate with the experience and progressive values we need to get us through this tough economic time. But first, Dow must win this very difficult election -- and he needs our help. This race will come down to the final days, and I hope you will join me in voting for Dow Constantine, the only Democrat in the race. Make no mistake, the other side has been working hard to defeat Dow, and we need to help Dow win in November so he can continue to fight for the issues you and I care about. Issues like: A woman's right to choose: Dow is pro-choice and is the only candidate in the race with a record of supporting a woman's right to choose. This is especially important since the county funds health clinics that provide family planning services to low-income women. Healthy and clean environment: Dow is the clear environmental choice in this race. From his first battle to save green space in West Seattle, he has been an environmental leader his entire career. Now those who want to roll back his accomplishments are bankrolling attack ads against him. There are just 13 days left in this race, so what you do between now and November 3rd is critical.
